A ROCK SOLID ENVIRONMENTAL STORY
I am not a big fan of environmental advocates and operators. I believe they do more damage than good. The Valdez Oil spill is a good example. Nature did a better job than the environmental whackos, as i call them, in cleaning up the mess. Look at Lake Sunapee, once the home of Golden Trout. One of three lakes in the world that hosted Golden Trout: requires cold water, high altitude lake and water purity. The environmental do-gooders decided to stock the lake with lake trout, which bred the golden trouts out of existence in a hurry; never to return. Read the real story about the Spotted Oil and Weyerhauser, a big customer of my old company, The Travelers. But the Wolf re-introduction into Yellowstone had a marvelous outcome.
